Sophia comes to The Lighthouse Sober Living from California where she operated a gourmet eatery. She has worked beside Chef Mark Lippmann from Crabtree’s Kittlehouse, Chef Ashley Brauze from Cafe Boulud, and Chefs Stephen Durfee, Robert Jorin, and Aaron Brown from The Culinary Institute Of America.
She is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. She holds Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Art certificates. Sophia’s knowledge of nutrition and special diets allows her to provide gourmet dinners for our sober living house residents that are balanced and nutritious, and always enjoyable to share.
When she is not planning, prepping, and cooking the week's meals Sophia enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing with crafts such as knitting, and taking it easy with Otis her Goldendoodle.
